ok im about to give away my nana's gazpacho recipe. please keep this between us ;)
16 Ounces Tomato Juice
1 Large Tomato (diced)
1/4 Cup Yellow Bell Pepper (diced)
1/2 Cup Cucumber (seeded, diced)
1/2 Jalapeno (seeded, fine dice)
1/4 Cup Mint (julienne)
1/2 Cup Basil (julienne)
1 Lime (juice)
1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1. Prepare each ingredient as suggested.
2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Season to taste.
3. Chill in the fridge a few hours before serving.
