i have this brownie recipe
300g plain choc
150g unsalted buetter
50g cocoa powder
4 large eggs
200g caster sugar
100g walnut pieces.

im not sure how to veganise this, it needs to kind of set in the over, its a dense gooey kind of brownie.

any ideas? or any other similar vegan gluten free brownie recipes? everyone should post their brownie recipes here.

I like the brownies in the first Babycakes cookbook and I've also made the blueberry brownie from VCon with brown rice flour, they were great

i swear by the teff brownies. i've made them a million times. love them. you can't tell they xgfx.

The Babycakes brownies are about the only thing I like from that cookbook. They tend to turn out more cake-like for me.

Do you have a recipe for the teff brownies? Would love it if you would share.

Ok, I am going to revive this thread. I've been craving brownies lately. I've made the teff brownies and like them but want to try something else. Truth be told I've haven't had success making any vegan brownies, even non-gf kind.
