Hi everyone,

I'm trying to work on a paper for my grad class. I was wondering what you look for when choosing a gluten-free bread. Do you like a variety of flavors? Do you have a brand that you like right now? Why do you like that brand? What makes you want to try a new brand? Do you look for products that are also healthy? Do you prefer breads that are pre-made or do you mind buying a mix? Do you usually purchase gluten-free food online or at the store? Why? Do you like natural ingredients? What activities do you like to do?

I would appreciate any help you can offer on this topic. Thank you in advance.

I'm from Massachusetts, and I usually go for a brand called Sami's Bakery. It's made with millet and flax, it's lightweight and totally delicious for sandwiches when toasted. I buy it primarily because it's also yeast-free, the only one of its kind I have found. I'm not much into baking, so I buy pre-baked breads. I get a lot of gluten-free food from Vitacost.com. Maybe 60 percent of my gluten free specialty foods are bought online.
