That sounds pretty good. I'll check it out.

Most my gf pizza crust recipes end up too crispy in the end. I normally end up with gf chips covered with pizza toppings

I just made Namaste brand pizza crust last night and it was awesome! It actually tasted like pizza crust, didn't have a weird smell or texture, and was just delightful. I used a fancy baking stone to cook it, though, which I believe really helps. I bought the Namaste mix at Whole Foods.

Namaste is a pizza crust mix that is purchased premade. I've seen it at Whole Foods Market and Kroger in my area.
