hi everyone. hubby is GF, and he wants me to try de-glutening the chocolate stout cupcakes from VCTOTW. i'd get a GF beer, of course. recommendations for the flours? he really likes the GF chocolate cupcakes in the book, do you think i can use the same flours/ratios?
