Image Get these corn thins to make cute tostadas. They are organic and very reasonably priced. Find em by the lundbergs rice cakes.

Despite somewhat reminding me of eating those packing peanuts made from corn, I really, really love Corn Thins. I go through a few bags a week.

I will try these since I usually buy the brown rice cakes. Sounds very delicious. I was buying the brown rice cakes in the thins but can't find them now. Whole foods does that a lot. You buy something, like it, and can never find it again. grrh!

I like them too. And the suzie's thin rice cakes. Nobody around here seems to have either of them anymore. :(
