Can I use Isa & Terry's Gluten Frida Mix in VCIYCJ for their recipes in Veganomicon and VCTOTW?

I just bought all three cookbooks but need to make the recipes GF and I know nothing about substituting flours in recipes that call for more than one "gluten flour," such as whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, and whole wheat pastry flour. If there is only one type of flour used (i.e. all purpose flour), I usually can do a 1:1 swap with a GF flour blend, but converting multiple "gluten flours" as mentioned above throws me way off and I need help. :)

If I see multiple gluteny flours I just swap with what I would use if I saw only one type of gluteny flour but the gluten free flours I use depend on what the recipe is for. So for now, try just using your gluten free blend or store bought blend and then experiment with different flour combos too :)
