Hi everyone, I've recently started experimenting with gluten free baking (I've had some ongoing digestive issues which I hope will be helped by eliminating gluten) and I tried this recipe: http://thegspotrevolution.com/?p=7082. It was pretty tasty, but a bit dry. Anyone have any great gluten free quick bread recipes to share?

The ones I use are from Allergy Free Chef Bakes Bread--Laurie Sadowski and Vegan & Gluten Free Bread--Jennifer Katzinger.
