Hi all,
Im looking for a good recipe for a GF, vegan, xanthan free, coconut cake that I can sweeten with either dates or agave...I have scoured the internet for the last few days and cannot seem to find one that fits all catagories. If anyone has a recipe or a link they are willing to share I would be ever so grateful!

I don't have the recipe at hand, but Ani Phyo makes a fabulous raw vegan coconut cake. It's in Ani's Raw Food Kitchen, I believe.
