Good job Kim! Those look amazing, and I was even more intrigued when I saw they contained sauerkraut, that's an interesting but surely delicious decision!

Sauerkraut in the frosting -- I'da never thunk it. That's brilliant.

I'm fascinated by the frosting. Vegan cream cheese frosting always just tastes like buttercream to me, so I'd love to try this. I loved the sauerkraut in Isa's Mac n Shews, so I bet this is great!

I hope you like it. Keep in mind that the type of sauerkraut is very important. The one I used is "Simple", which means that it didn't have caraway or other spices. It is also a great kind which is refrigerated, so it didn't taste overly sauerkrauty or cabbagey. LOL. Just fresh and pickled. Good luck!
