Falafel are amazing, even when vegan, gluten-free and baked instead of deep-fried. Actually, I`ve only made them once and that was last night. I made up a recipe using a can of half and half chick peas and fava beans, oat flour and cornmeal, sesame seeds plus some common falafel ingredients, stuck everything in a food processor, rolled `em up (1 tbsp sized) and baked them at 375F for 15 minutes.
The result was delicious! Everyone thought they were amazing. I`m sure I can make them better though (like add fresh parsely and ground coriander that I didn`t have, two very common falafel ingredients...). I would love to hear about your own falafel recipes!
