Hi!
I just joined the forum today. I am a vegan who was diagnosed with celiac disease just a little over two years ago. I am now 52 years old and feel absolutely marvelous! Better than at any other time of my life. Obviously, this is working for me, and I am so happy to find a place to share. I hope to meet many others here who share similar dietary choices.
