Hi Castletime,I'm a gf vegan and have been following a lowfodmap diet. I have begun adding foods in and have been having pretty good luck(except for brocolli and brussel sprouts) I had recently begun a low dose antidepressant for IBS so I can't say how much of the improvement has been from that vs the diet. I can't help to much with recipes as I have been eating a pretty bland dietf for now.Lots of dry cereal with almond milk,bananas,rice,potatoes,tofu,etc. You might find this site helpful
