I'm very sorry, but I have no clues for you. Have you been able to find any books that might be of use? Either way, I feel for you and wish you a world of good luck.

Hi Castletime,I'm a gf vegan and have been following a lowfodmap diet. I have begun adding foods in and have been having pretty good luck(except for brocolli and brussel sprouts) I had recently begun a low dose antidepressant for IBS so I can't say how much of the improvement has been from that vs the diet. I can't help to much with recipes as I have been eating a pretty bland dietf for now.Lots of dry cereal with almond milk, bananas, rice, potatoes, tofu, etc. You might find this site helpful http://fodmapsdiet.com/ She's a vegetarian on a low fodmap diet. There's a few vegan recipes on the site and if you look on the right side she has a lowfodmap ebook. The recipes are vegan and gluten free. Good luck! Karen
