I am new to the GF world and it seems I'm having a problem with breakfast. I used to eat the food for life english muffins in the car on the way to work. I checked GF muffins, bagels etc but it seems that when they take out the gluten they add in butter, milk, eggs etc.

Does anyone know of recipes for GF muffins and/or things that I can eat on the run in the car?

Thanks!

How about looking for recipes for vegan/GF breakfast bars? I am sure I came across some on the internet, but I just eat GF cereal so didn't really pay much attention to where I saw them. Think that might be your best bet for food you can eat in the car

Check out this page actually, a bit further down there is a section on muffins

I know Food for Life makes two flavors of their english muffins gf, the brown rice one and the multi-seed one. Usually found in the freezer section. They also make bread and tortillas that are gf, and I've used the tortillas to make breakfast burritos, and they were really yummy.
