so i have nuts, brown rice flour, potato flour, tapioca flour and corn flour..
and i was counting on using oats, but gf person said no oats, so..any ideas or recipes? this seems like it should be easy, but i'm new to gf baking.

Yeah! Ground nuts, brown rice flour and some sugar make a great crust. Just make the same way you make another press in crust.

I always use the almond press in crust from Vegan Pie in the Sky, just changing out the nuts for whatever suits the cheesecake - pecans for pumpkin, walnuts for chocolate, almonds for fruit-based. I use sorghum flour for the flour portion, and don't change anything else and it always turns out perfectly!
