Do you think I can sub garbanzo flour for the all-purpose flour? I have a big batch of caulipot leftovers and really want that gravy!

I have made it with bob's all purpose gf and it came out fine, if that helps any.

I used garbanzo bean flour to thicken cheesy sauce so I feel like the answer is yes.
