From previous posts there is a lot of love for breakfast cereals on the PPK.

This morning I tried a new GF cereal that is seriously the best cereal I've ever had - a combination of chia, hulled hemp seeds, buckwheat, apples, cranberries, raisins and cinnamon. It is a new Canadian vegan and gf cereal that has recently gone into production after it was featured on the CBC show - The Dragon's Den.

i saw that on dragon's den tooooooooo. are they selling it at boston pizza yet :P

At that price, I would hope it was. $35 for three bags of BREAKFAST CEREAL?

The cereal is more like the dry porridge with seed and dried fruit mix-ins that you need to add non-dairy milk (or juice) to and let it sit for a few minutes (or over night) to be ready to eat. I like it with vanilla almond milk.

Yes, it is more expensivie - my bag was $11 at a local health food store - but comparable porridge gf mixes are $8.95 (CDN) and they don't have the dried fruit which is also expensive. The bag should last me a few months.

I'm hoping that once it has a larger distribution/sales volume that the price will go down. For now, I've only seen it in health food stores.
