I'm launching a line of xGFx baked goods in the next month or so and while I have a solid line of cookies and sweet treats, I'd love to know where else I can bulk up my product line.
I'll be wholesaling to a cafe that's open in the morning and early afternoon, so think breakfast and lunchy things!
There's a bagel (!!!) in the worksl, but I have ridiculously high standards. (I currently bake NY-style gluten bombs full-time, so there's that.)
Thanks so much for your feedback. I don't have a gluten sensitivity or an allergy so it's hard for me to gauge exactly what's out there and what's missing.
