Subbed tapioca starch for potato starch and cornmeal for millet flour (what I had on hand) and it was so forking good. Just like gluten-y focaccia, great dipped in balsamic vinegar, even the omnis thought it was some of the best focaccia they'd ever had. Finally a GF bread success for me!

Looks great! I made the gf focaccia from Manifest Vegan, I probably should have cooked it a little bit longer but the smell and flavour were delicious.
