I am currently on a diet to treat candida and am looking for recipes to tame my carb/sugar cravings. I know that most conventional vegan recipes will successfully replace 1-3 eggs, but whad'ya think about the egg whites in these grain-free cookies? And if so, which egg replacer would be most appropriate?

Thank you!

here are a couple of different whipped egg white subs...

one made of flax goo -

and one made with soy protein powder -

not sure if either of those are permitted during your treatment?

I used Orgran No Egg in a Ms Cupcake cookie recipe and it worked perfectly. The Orgran site lists the ingredients as: Potato starch, Tapioca flour, Calcium carbonate, Citric acid, vegetable gum (stabiliser): Methylcellulose

Hopefully there will be nothing in there that you can't eat
