What do you guys do for all those cheesy sauce recipes that ask for flour? I really want some Mac Daddy. I have Bob's GF mix and sorghum. And rice pasta, of course. Help!

For rich sauces Bob's mix works well; the beany flavor fits right in. I used Bob's for gravy, but I haven't tried it in Mac Daddy.

i really loooove to use chickpea (or white rice flour if i'm out of chickpea) in my cheezy sauces - it's so yum! chickpea flour is especially rock'n in gravies - and i find that cornstarch mixed with brown rice flour works well in cheezy sauces, too.

yeah, I nearly always use chickpea flour, regardless of gluten free guests or not.

Chickpea flour works well. Also I have used Bob's Red Mill flour and it has work well also.
