NICE!!!!!!
Do we need to squirrel some good GF stuff here (I'm thinking about a GF bread recipe) or will it be easier to search here once everything is archived?

Can there be a thread about what to keep in a gluten free pantry? I'd start it, but I know nothing about it. I love that there's a room for this because I go through bouts of never wanting to see gluten again.

I'm trying to greatly reduce my gluten intake and I've been doing it successfully so far, but totally on my own and, because I'm clueless, I've been living off veggie and/or bean based meals...which, I mean, are lovely but I'd like to try something new. I just want to say how much I am loving the gluten-free room. There is so much more discussion here than there was in the catchall thread on the old boards. Tapioca smooches to all of you.

this place is great because a) it is part of the ppk, which is amazing and b) lots better advice and activity than vegiac.com.
