Has anyone made this vegan? http://glutenfreegirl.com/gluten-free-r ... ff-pastry/ I'm trying to decide whether to try it with EB or some combination of that and shortening or coconut oil. What do you think would work best?

i think i would try EB in that, since flavour-wise, it would make the best substitute. thanks for sharing that link, i might have to try that...

We're lucky enough to be able to get pre-made gf rough puff here, it works pretty well as long as it's defrosted for 2 hours prior to being used.

I have not tried her puff pastry, but I love Shauna. I have never had any issues with any of her recipes. And I'm super excited she's gone gum-free too.
