GF, soy free sugar cookies?

Hey all, I am a vegan and my good friend is a vegetarian with soy, nut, wheat, and dairy allergies. She is ok with eggs but I am obviously not. Does anyone know of a great, soft/chewy sugar cookie recipe to fit these needs? We are hosting a valentine's day party and would like to decorate some sugar cookies!

Hmm, I can help you out with gf and soy free but I've never attempted sugar free sugar cookies, only other types of cookies.

I googled "sugar free sugar cookies" and most recipes contain Splenda but this one uses a liquid sweetener, can your friend have agave?

Yes - sugar is ok! I'll check those out. I've actually never baked anything GF before
