I didn't bother with the recipe because they weren't perfect yet, but it's with my fave GF mix at the moment (posted out there somewhere).

ooooooh, those look so yummers! i made some gluten-free banana chip muffins a while ago (with your banana bread recipe on the ppk site) with oat flour and brown rice flour - they came out tasting great. your gluten-free banana chip muffins look more awesome than the ones i made though - the tops look perfect and so does the texture!
