I'm always looking for a good brownie recipe, and those look really good, so thanks! The whole thing looks awesome, of course, and I love the addition of pistachio.

As far as I'm concerned, that is the ONLY brownie recipe for me.

And those cupcakes are adorable!

Amazing. Does the pistachio flavor actually come through? How much pudding mix per batch of VCTOTW? I gotta try this!

Yes,the pistachio flavor does come through. Much more so than by using natural means (real nuts or paste) I used one pack of mix and cut down the cornstarch in the recipe to just 1 T. I think I might have cut the sugar by a few tablespoons too.

Also, it might be a good idea to skewer these with party picks if traveling 30 min by foot and 30 min by train like I did. The cherries slid off a few of them before I got to work. Otherwise, they held together very well.

And yes, that is the only brownie recipe for me too!
