Gobi Paratha- Flat bread stuffed with Cauliflower. I hardly every get time to click pictures of hot parathas :). They just disappear right off the pan to plate to mouth. Here's a video of how you can make your own Stuffed arathas from scratch
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=btY8c82RWgI I usually use the Quick and easy way on weekdays. I use uncooked Roti flat bread(frozen rolled out wheat dough) from Indian store. Take 2 Rotis, thaw them slightly. Add the stuffing in the center of one, top with the other and seal the edges. Roll out slightly to distribute the stuffing, and cook on both sides. You can also make halves with 1 Roti, like a calzone.
