Lovely! Lucky customer; they must have loved it. Obviously there is a lot of chocolate going on, but I'd love more description of flavors and all. Congrats on the restaurant!

the cake was chocolate, with chocolate frosting and a vanilla coconut layer of frosting somewhere in the middle... and covered in chocolate shavings

Oh mine this looks both gorgeous and delicious. I've always wanted a chocolate shavings cake for my birthday. This cake excels both in design and (I hope I try but I am pretty sure this is true) taste. Thank you so much for sharing.
