I resized pictures found online, cut them out (with a 'buffer' around them to give space to decorate and also rounding in an effort to avoid breakable appendages) then placed them on the cookie dough and cut around them with a paring knife. Tedious, but simple!

I guess I'm crazy, because I really enjoy the ephemeral nature of edible art. If the things I made lasted forever, then I would have a chance to get tired of them, but I know that once I finish something and send it off, I'll never see it again. The effort has been purged from me, and I get to start on something new. I'm really weird, I know.
