Not hard at all! Just roll your pizza dough out into a large, thin rectangle, cover the surface with toppings, and roll it up! I cut some slits in the top for venting purposes, and brushed it with olive oil, then baked it at 350 for 25-30 minutes (I think, but just keep an eye on it).

I really need to make one again.
