  Simple perfection. Tomatoes, basil, salt, freshly cracked black pepper, finished with a generous drizzle of nar ekşisi (pomegranate molasses).  It's hard to take an appealing photo of this very beige bread pudding, but it was yummy. I used molasses and a splash of apple juice as the sweeteners.

The salad looks so basic, but so delicious. Simple flavours are sometimes best. And the bread pudding looks good too :).
