Joni's Seitan en Croute, plus apples and sage Maple Mustard Potatoes and Beans from VwaV, plus brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes Vin Chaud from urbanvegan's new book, Celebrate Vegan Potato Rosemary Rolls Apple Cider Cranberry Cake Donut Holes Plated. The gravy is the mushroom gravy from Celebrate Vegan Leftovers! I also made some marshmallow-y mashed sweet potatoes because I was feeling gross.

That is one beautiful meal! Now I'm feeling all nostalgic for marshmallow topped sweet potatoes. I know it's gross, but it's so delicious!
So...tell us more about these doughnuts.

Wow, really impressive. I've been meaning to make those maple/mustard for a long time but just have not gotten around to it.
