Seitan Shepherdess Pie

I wanted to try the Tempeh Shepherdess Pie from V'con with Seitan instead. I made the Simple Seitan and sauteed it according to the directions for the Almost All American Pot Pie.

It was completely awesome.

Mmmmm. Steamy.

!! I've never had vegan shepherd pie, in my pregan days the "normal" kind was my favorite food.
