I am definitely going to try this. It looks really really good.

Edit: I just read the recipe and while cashews are one of the tree nuts that don't bother me as much, they are completely out for my daughter. Is there any substitute that anyone knows of for cashews in some cheezes and sauces, I often use tofu because of Z, but what are your thoughts?

I sometimes use tehina to make creamy sauces. It has a less neutral taste than cashew, some sesame flavor definitely shines through (which I like) but it gives a similar creaminess.
