The recipe is up on my site. I don't have a photo of it, but this was best served up grilled cheeze style. My mouth is literally watering remembering it!

lutin, I'm not a huge vegan cheese fan either (unless it's a homemade nut cheeze or something like that...), and this definitely makes the daiya more palatable for me in its raw form. I think I liked it best in the grilled cheeze because it was warm and melty. I also sliced the marinated daiya really thin before putting it into sandwich.
