This Almond Halwa (Badam Halwa) is completely vegan, and no one could possibly miss the ghee and milk that are usually added to it. Check out my blog Holy Cow! (http://www.earthvegan.blogspot.com) for the recipe.
Happy Diwali, fellow PPK-ers!
