Aww, thank you! I just want the same naan I can get at most Indian restaurants, but vegan. Maybe some day! :)

I made the naan bread from the Joy of Vegan Baking once but it came out very puffy, probably because I accidentally used self-raising flour! There is a naan bread recipe in this book in Asian Vegan Kitchen, but I haven't made it.
