I'm confused, maybe you can make a video of the process? Like, how did you get those potato chunks into that pot? And how did they go from chunks to smooshed?

OMG, HOW did you veganize mashed potatoes?! I finally got my mom to send me her recipe but I couldn't even begin to know where to start making it vegan. I was going to post her recipe to see if anyone had suggestions, but yours looks just like hers used to, so now I don't have to! Thanks for posting the recipe!
ETA: your pictures are gorgeous - I wish I could make my food pictures look like that!

You can make them in a jar, but you can't use as many potatoes, and you have to mash them with a fork.

Why are vegan recipes always so complicated? It's stuff like this that keeps so many people from going vegan. Too many exotic ingredients, too many steps, too many dirty dishes.
