I totally forgot to photograph all the food last night! I had a beautiful buffet set up and everything. So I present to you the leftovers...

Image
In front: Heirloom tomato bruschetta, green beans with sundried tomatoes and olives, vwav spanakopita, and in the middle greek lima bean casserole. Not pictured: Roasted lemony potatoes which got eaten up very quickly!

Image
Baklava for dessert. It was a a great dinner and I can't wait to do it again with photos next time!

Baklava is my absolute favorite dessert. I haven't had it since going vegan. I need baklava back in my life.

ETA: Oh, yes. Spano. I love, love, love spano. How could I forget about the spano!?
