Internet has been wonky, but now it's back! Here comes the porn spam.

Oatmeal with dried cranberries, pecans and maple syrup. Simple and delicious.

African Inspired Quinoa Peanut Soup from Vegan Soups and Hearty Stews. Subtle and warm.

Hangover breakfast: pesto rosemary potatoes, tempeh bacon, toast and jam. Just the right amount of grease to counteract the booze in my veins. Recipe for the pots on the blog, though it's pretty simple.

Creamy Hummus from Vive le Vegan. I probably make this about 3 times a week.

Feijoada from Urban Vegan. Super easy, super filling and pretty inexpensive. With a little flavor boosting, I think this could be spectacular.

I use a blender instead of a food processor and I let it go for a while. I got that tip from Veganomicon.

That oatmeal looks so good, I love oatmeal but it rarely looks that pretty!
