A few of us had a picnic today - and the food was SPECTACULAR.

the edamame-corn salad from Vcon made by nothingtosay:

peanut stew from Viva Vegan made by couroupita:

empanadas (dough from Viva Vegan) with TJ's soy chorizo and black beans:

couroupita made key lime pie from VPITS!

topped with Soyatoo:

and nothingtosay brought chocolate raspberry cookies from Vcon!
