I've been making these for a quick, weeknight treat. It'll take five or ten minutes to slice the Tofurkey thin. Everything else will come together in 15 minutes. Easy.

Mmm, I forgot that I used to make cheesesteaks from thinly sliced tofurkey back in college. Yours looks so tasty!
