If anyone is going to Asheville may I recommend checking out Firestorm Cafe & Books. [url]firestormcafe.com[/url] It's a worker owned spot that serves up tastiness by the plate and cupful. We went a couple of months ago before moving out here to San Diego and I wish we would have visited more often! I ordered the Roasted Red Panini and a mug of Yerba Mate and it was delicious!

Wow, just wow! the Raw Spinach-Pesto Manicotti looks so good, I get quite jealous of all the food people seem to get out and about theres not so much going on around my area.
