This is a little test run for a larger one I want to make. I made a pineapple molasses glaze and it really worked well on my seitan ham. I will post the bigger one next month that is all dressed up. Also I was craving a sandwich (cutter)

Maybe I can just before the holidays as the recipe is in Caribbean Vegan the ham that is, but not the glaze. I can put up abt 3 or 4 glaze recipes up on the blog so people have it before their feast. I have not posted any recipes from Caribbean Vegan in a while so one is due for pre holidays but wait and see if you see anything else I do to post because I can only do one recipe. I will doing some more test runs on the sweets and some more side dishes.

Whoa, awesome! In my pregan days I much preferred the ham to the turkey, so this recipe is right up my alley.

Woah! I too couldn't help but expect some kind of ham tube-esque... thing, but that looks amazing.

I've made your ham recipe and it is truly excellent. I will be watching for the alternative glazes.
