Seriously! I've never seen it before... is it new? (I'll be honest, I avoid the city like the plague)

Only an ollie? There's plenty of room to double cork off that piece.

Ollie and halfpipe are the only skateboarding terms I know. I think I learned them from California Games.

You get it, and it comes all open face and huge, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, fried onions (which are basically like friggin mini onion rings) and yummy yummy sauce. Then, if you're like me, you eat some of the stuff off the top so you can actually make it into a sandwich. (The bun is like a hoagie roll with sesame seeds.) That's when you finally get to the battered, country-fried seitan at the bottom. It is crunchy and chewy and tasty and heavenly.

This is pretty much the whole reason I go to Chicago. Sure, the museums and plays and shops are fine and dandy, but it's all about the cookie dough milkshakes and the brunch and the sammiches.
