First time ever making my own tortillas. The filling is roasted cauliflower, two ways. On the left, small florets, roasted with chopped onion, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, sweet paprika & a little nutritional yeast. On the right, I used this recipe, which is sheer brilliance.
