My first official "fall salad" of the season! I roast cauliflower, toss it with fluffy quinoa, and dress them with a pesto made of golden raisins, pinenuts, rosemary, and red pepper flakes. It's kind of a stealthy salad - it looks pale and unassuming, then BAM! - you're hit in the face with roasty-sweet-herby-spicy goodness. :)
