i made
erinwyso's queso today with the spice additions of nooch, chili powder, black pepper and hot sauce and the fresh additions of tomato, cilantro and hot pepper.
while it was cooking, i was skeptical because it smelled like coconut the whole time, but the end result taste was spot on for queso blanco dip. the texture is not quite like queso dip, but still good nonetheless!
also, i got my coconut vinegar for $3 at the asian grocery and the bottle is twice as big as the expensive one at whole foods.
