now that i've created incredible scones, i can't stop making them.
these are the gingerbread scones from joy of vegan baking.

so good and tender. I can't believe I've found something I'd rather NOT use my beloved kitchen aid for. (although, i did use the mixing bowl because all my other bowls have CSA veggies in them.)

Oooohhhh...those look delicious and very "fall-like." It may be in the upper 90's and humid as h*** here, but I'm dreaming of fall weather and can't wait to do some serious baking again. Thanks for sharing!

My sister is also a scone addict. I must hide this post so she doesn't see it.
